1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the k9game website accessible at k9game.bio and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces , applications, or services operated by k9game.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the k9game Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the k9game Platform.
• "Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds held in a Player's k9game Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account by k9game as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which the use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures k9game is obligated to conduct under its licensing framework.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the k9game Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms, together with the k9game Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and k9game with respect to your use of the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that person.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the k9game Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. k9game is strictly a 21+ platform. Minors are prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the k9game Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily by k9game.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of k9game or any of its affiliated companies.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the k9game Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. k9game will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

k9game reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any registration application or to close any Account that does not satisfy its eligibility or verification requirements, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal or closure.

Upon successful registration, k9game will credit your Account with a PKR-denominated wallet. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. k9game strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via Account Settings for additional security.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

k9game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. k9game does not accept deposits via credit cards issued outside Pakistan or through cryptocurrency wallets.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically clear within 90 seconds. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. k9game does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum amount of Rs 500. Players must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal request can be processed. k9game targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the k9game Account.
• k9game reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 50,000 in a single transaction.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• k9game is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or banking institution.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

k9game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all k9game promotions, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, are as follows:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum Wagering Requirement, which will be specified in the promotion details before you opt in.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional wallet and will only be converted to withdrawable real-money funds upon full satisfaction of the Wagering Requirement.
• k9game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to providing reasonable notice where practicable.
• Players who demonstrate patterns of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to meet Wagering Requirements — may have their bonus privileges suspended.
• Free spins winnings are typically capped at a maximum cashable amount as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the k9game Platform — including slots, live casino tables, Teen Patti, Monster Dice, cricket betting, and all other offerings — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are encouraged to review the rules of each game before placing wagers.

k9game uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all digital casino games and sources its live dealer content from licensed studios. The published theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages across a large volume of plays and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during gameplay:

• k9game will make reasonable efforts to restore the game session to its state immediately prior to the error.
• Where restoration is not possible, the wager placed during the affected round will be refunded to the Player's Account.
• k9game's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final, provided it is made in good faith and based on available technical records.

For sports betting markets, including PSL, international cricket, and other events, k9game reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or amend odds where there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or data feed errors. Settled bets will not be reversed except where a clear and material error is identified within 24 hours of settlement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k9game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform mechanics.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing Platform rules, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a suspension or self-exclusion.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gambling activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate k9game transactions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known exploit must be reported and will be voided.
• Attempting to access other Players' Accounts or the Platform's backend systems without authorisation.

9 Responsible Gaming

k9game is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, all accessible through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period of 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the k9game Platform — including but not limited to the k9game brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of k9game or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use any k9game intellectual property except as strictly necessary to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any k9game content without prior written authorisation from k9game. Unauthorised use of k9game's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k9game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

k9game does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

k9game's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

k9game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under k9game's international licensing framework.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact k9game's support team via live chat or the support email address provided on the Platform. k9game will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within ten (10) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body designated by k9game's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
